I am a 38 years old civil engineer, living in Rijeka whole my life. I love the sea and the feeling of fresh northern breeze in the mornings. I like to play boules (bocce) and love to watch movies.

Our family and pet friendly Villa with a private pool is located on a small hill, in a quiet town near Opatija, overlooking the Kvarner Bay. This location offers quick conection to the highway and all relevant sightseeing atractions in this area.

Neighborhood info

The house is positioned in an hour of all relevant sites to visit and just a few minutes drive from the seaside. Nature Park Učka with the highest peak in the region with beautiful trails for hiking and biking, offroad trails, is the closest location, then there is the National Park Plitvice lakes, river "Kupa" with excellent rafting. There is also possible to go scuba diving and surfing on the nearest beach and many more different activities. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 1 km away.
