Our house with apartments is located in beautiful and quiet place Necujam on island Solta, 1 hour away from Split. It is a family run business, built with a lot of love in a traditional Dalmatian way. Our house is not quite on the beach what helps to enjoy quiet holidays and beautiful views on the Necujam bay. Still it is close to nightlife, public transport and urban facilities. Because of the outdoor terrace the place is suitable for couples and also families with kids.
The house is located about 150m from the sea and is the last one in the row, which means it is surrounded with green nature. There are few restaurants in Necujam, fast foods, supermarket is unfortunately available in Grohote, closest place from Necujam(6km). Center of the place is 200 meters from the house. The southern side of the island with its breathtaking bays, beaches, islets and cliffs is particularly beautiful. The surrounding sea abounds a great variety of fish, especially the southern side of the island offering a luxuriant opportunity for all sorts recreational fishing. This is what Solta offers to people tired of urban life. There is a bus stop in the center of the place that is connecting all other places on island, 200 m from the apartment and there is also taxi available.
