Apartments Exotica are situated in a family house in Funtana, only 900 m from the sea. The house has 4 apartments for rent and the owners also live in the house. The house consists out of 3 floors. App 1 and App 2 are located on the ground floor, App 3 on the second and App 4 on the third floor. All apartments have 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom, a sofa bed for two and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. Pets are allowed with an additional cost of 10 euros per dog per day. Free parking is available on site.
