Welcome to our two newly renovated, fully equipped and bright apartments situated in our Austrian-Hungarian villa built in 1903 with beautiful seaview from all rooms and terraces. Located in the center of Opatija, in a walking distance from Promenade Lungomare, shops, beaches, restaurants and parks. Although in the center, the area is very quiet, with lots of greenery. Each apartment provides a private terrace surrounded by Mediterranean garden and separate entrance. One parking spot per apartment is reserved in our private garage at the property. The property is fenced and pet friendly.
