Here, you'll enjoy peace, comfort, and a homely atmosphere – all just 500 m from the beach! 🛏️ The Apartments (100 m² each) Each of our two spacious apartments offers room for up to 6 people and includes: • 2 bedrooms with high-quality box spring double beds • 1 bedroom with two box spring single beds (can be joined upon request) • 2 private balconies in two of the bedrooms • Air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the living room • A bright and cozy living room with a large balcony • A fully equipped kitchen • A modern bathroom with shower, washing machine, and hairdryer • Fresh towels and bed linens provided • Free Wi-Fi and free private parking 🏊 Pool Area Now Open! Our swimming pool is fully prepared for your enjoyment, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas for ultimate relaxation. Please note that the pool is shared between both apartments, and heating will be installed just in time for the season's start. While we are still finishing the outdoor kitchen and restroom, which will not be available this season, and the garden is still in its early stages, we are confident you will have a wonderful stay. 🎉 Important for Our Guests: We want everyone to feel comfortable and respected during their stay. Our property is perfect for families and quiet guests – no parties allowed. At least two guests must be over 25 years old. We live in the house and are happy to assist you with any questions or tips.
