Located just 40 m from the beach, offering beautiful sea view from south and mountain view from the west side of the property. Apartments are surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery.
Icici's main tourist attraction remains its large beach, one of the most beautiful in the region and offering a variety of entertainment. Situated by the village center, it is part sandy beach and part concrete area. The beach is well managed and each year investments are made to further improve it, which is why it is regularly awarded the prestigious "blue flag". The entrance to the beach is free and open for all, and you can hire all that you need for your day out – deck chairs, umbrellas, pedal boats, etc. The beach is ideal for enjoying a variety of sports – beach volleyball, soccer, badminton on the sand, a water polo court in the sea. Children particularly love the beach's large water slide.The village lies at the foot of the Ucka mountain, which is 1401 m in height and has, because of its natural beauties and attractive features, been declared a nature park. The beach is enclosed by the ACI marina on one side, and merges with the little harbour of Icici on the other side, which is as old as the village itself and has developed alongside it..There are various restaurants to be found on the beach itself, a small supermarket that will satisfy everyone's needs.
