Our studio apartments are on the 1st floor of a downtown building (built at the beginning of the 20th century - high ceilings and all). The apartments were newly renovated in the 2nd half of 2014 (it took us some six months to get all new pipes, wires, etc).
We are a family renting studio apartments to tourists. It is always interesting to meet new people and new cultures.
The studio apartments are in a quiet part of the city centre, but just 5 minutes walk from the Central Railway station, 3 minutes from the Botanical Garden, 3 blocks away from the pedestrian zone. There is a park in front of the building, and shops, cafes, restaurants are at a walking distance...
