The property comprises two fully equipped apartments which can fit 4 and 4(6) persons each. It is in a close proximity to the beaches, city center, restaurants and shops. It has a garden and large sunny terrace at upper level. We also offer free and secure parking space and transfer to the bus station and Zadar airport on your request. The property is an original family house from 60’ which is deliberately left unaltered to make you feel as at home. Despite its vintage (rustical) appeal it comprises modern household utilities which can make you feeling comfortable and at the same time immersed in a quiet, worm environment, isolated from the crowd. Our property is ideal for two couples or couples with children who are looking for a quiet and warm place in the proximity to the see. We are local residents who live onsite and know Pakostane and its surroundings very well. We travelled all over the world and visited many countries on all continets. The main host Gordana is fluent English speaker and has basic knowledge of Italian nad German. She like travel, new and interesting places and meeting new people. Hosting guests in our home is always an enjoyable experience to us.

Property is situated in the quite residential area just two steps away from the see, beaches, city center, restaurants, shops and bars. If you decide to use a car to make some daily trips you will have a wide variety of interesting places to visit around Pakostane such as one of the largest European Bird reserve at Vrana Lake (2km away), a typical Dalmatian places Benkovac (15 km), an old Iliryan city of Aseria (15 km), a diamond of historical heritage City of Zadar (25km), City of Sibenik (30km), natural beauties like Krka waterfalls (30km), river of Zrmanja (25km),or boat visit to Kornati Islands (2h), Vrgada Island(35’). Further to the south you can find an impressive old Iliryan/Roman city of Split and Trogir (1:20), or you may visit natural parks Paklenica (35km) or Plitvice Lake (2:30h). If you decide to leave your car parked, you can enjoy the see, terrace and greenery of our propriety or biking along the several biking paths around Pakostane. Also, in a small boat you can feel wonderful world of typical small Dalmatian Islands. There are hundreds of islands around Pakostane, starting with three beautiful old stone ladies, the symbols of Pakostane.
