Objekt je zasebna zgrada u samom centru Premature, s pogledom na trg sa zvonikom, gdje se održavaju koncerti, dani lokalnim proizvoda ! Na trgu nalazi se još crkva, slastičarna, VIP- caffe, pekarnica, u blizini je ducan, štandovima sa povrćem i vocem ! I ponuda pribora za plažu! Kao i bankomata !
Raduje nas zadovoljan gost, a posebno kad nam ponovo dolazi ! Trudimo se da im bude ugodan boravak, dodavajuci novosti, kao i kontuirano obnavljajući same Apartmane kako bi zadovljstvo bilo obostrano !
Sve je već navedeno na pocetku u opisu objekta !
