Enjoy your stay in comfortable 50m2 apartment in a quiet street Mate Balota, you can have your peace and still be close to the city center of Novigrad only 800m away. The beach coast is walking distance of 350m and in the area there are also tennis courts for all the sport lovers. Tennis courts are 250m away as well as the delicious sea food restaurants with a sea view. The apartmant is new with a fully equipped kitchen with dinning room, living room with a big sofa bed, one large bedroom with comfortable double bed, bathroom and private parking. Our guests can use everything that is in the apartment.
Dear Clients, I am working in the hospitality bussiness and have experience in all relevant aspects oriented to guests where my guests are leaving my apartments satisfied and wish come back and enjoy to spend holidays here. Hope we will have that positive expirience together!
Peacefull and friendly area covered with wireless Internet, satellite, TV, air-conditioned, this place can be satisfying for both visitors in seeking for well deserved vacation and tranquility as well as those visiting Novigrad for business. Additional activities : 1. Aquapark Istralandia (5 km away) 2. Bike routes ( Parenzana) 3. Sea food restaurants with beautiful views 4. Organized boat excursions 5. Night life, cocktails and most amazing sunsets at Amore Bar Novigrad 6. Pineta Beach is 400m away with food and drinks 7. Wine tasting 8. Truffle hunting
