This is a family house passed down through generations, built by our grandparents and shaped by everyday life around shared meals, conversations and long summer evenings. It is not a typical holiday rental, but a lived-in home with character, where simplicity and warmth come naturally. Both apartments have private entrances offering privacy and independence. One apartment is ideal for couples, with a new kitchen and a large outdoor area featuring a traditional stone table – a place made for slow breakfasts, relaxed dinners and quiet moments in the shade. The larger apartment is spacious and comfortable for families or small groups, with a generous terrace that naturally becomes the centre of daily life. The house is surrounded by a garden, where guests can enjoy a calm, informal atmosphere. As part of the property, there is also a small cottage in the garden where massage sessions are available on request. These are offered in a simple, personal setting, as an additional way for guests to unwind and feel at ease during their stay. On arrival, guests are welcome to a small taste of homemade local spirits, prepared in the traditional way. The focus here is not on luxury, but on authenticity, comfort and the feeling of staying somewhere with a story.

We are a small family – mum, dad and daughter – and this house has been part of our family for generations. While we all take care of the place, I ( daughter Sara) am the main host and your primary contact during your stay. I work in contemporary dance and massage. I enjoy creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel comfortable and unpressured. I take care of communication, arrivals and the small details that make a stay easier. I am always available if guests need anything, while also fully respecting privacy and quiet time. For guests who are interested, massage sessions can be arranged in the small cottage in the garden as an optional part of their stay. My aim is simple: to offer a warm, honest place where guests can feel at home, enjoy Premantura at their own pace and leave feeling rested and welcome.

The area is perfect for adventure lovers – you can learn how to surf, rent a kayak or a boat, and explore the small islands surrounding the Cape. If you prefer a slower rhythm, it is just as easy to find a quiet beach, lay down your towel and enjoy the peace, the sea and the natural surroundings. Premantura allows you to choose your own pace every day. One of the best things about the village is that everything is within walking distance. The grocery store is only a 2-minute walk from the house, and the bus stop is about 150 metres away. Several restaurants are located just a few minutes from the property, offering different options – from Italian à la carte dining and pizza to Mediterranean cuisine. Whether you are looking for adventure, good food, or simply a calm place to unwind, Premantura makes it easy to feel relaxed and at home.
