Villa Malou is an amazing rustically decorated holiday home which is located in Stankovci, only 12 kilometers from the nearest beach. Situated in a quiet family orientated area, yet close to the sea, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 6 persons. The interior of your pet friendly holiday home consists of 2 air-conditioned levels. Downstairs is a charming living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the top floor you will find 2 lovely bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside, in the large fenced courtyard you can enjoy your meals under a nice covered terrace, swim in your private swimming pool, or play a game of bocce ball on the court located behind the house... For the little ones, there is a trampoline and swings. 2 bicycles are also provided for the guests.

Neighborhood info

National Park Krka is reachable in a short 20-minute car drive, Nature Park Lake Vrana in 15 min, same as the coastal town of Pirovac. Restaurants and grocery stores are located about 2 km from your house. Both Zadar and Split are only 45 minutes away. All this makes villa Marou an ideal base for enjoying Dalmatia's countryside atmosphere while also being able to easily explore the rest of this beautiful region.
