Beachfront Apartment Rosa del Mar 5* is located just above the Sipar beach in Moscenicka Draga, with privileged location of being settled 10m from the beach and 5min walk from all the commodities in the beautiful village of Moscenicka Draga. This luxurious apartment is fully renovated and offers highest level of facilities and services. It is a perfect refuge from daily routine thanks to the cosy private terrace with a superb sea view. Apartment is equipped with all the technical amenities you may need (WiFi, air conditioning, Netflix TV) and it consists of a master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, large living room with an ensuite sleeping area, a bathroom and a separate additional toilet. The apartment is ideal for 4 persons, but can accommodate up to 6 people (can be used a sofa in the living room as an extra bed). The highlight of the apartment is a superb garden terrace overlooking the beach, with large sitting area, dining area and outdoor shower.
Our long family history in tourism of Mošćenička Draga dates from the end of the 19th century when our grandparents opened their first hotel in a small village of Mošćenička Draga. During the Second World War, hotel was completely destroyed and few years later grandparents started all over again with Laura pâtisserie and coffee bar. There is none in the region and further who has not heard about Laura and her delicacies on the Sipar beach… innovative ice cream, avant-garde salads, and fancy cocktails… Laura’s little corner and her extraordinary hospitality were just exceptional. Now the story of family’s involved in tourism continues, in a slightly different form but still in Mošćenička Draga.
Mošćenička Draga is a small, coastal town near Opatija, famous for its two extraordinary pebble beaches and the old fishermen port famous for it good selection of restaurants and bars. Situated at the foot of the Učka Mountain and overlooking Kvarner Bay, and it is a perfect destination for relaxation or sporting activities associated with the sea or mountains, such as swimming, diving, fishing, windsurfing, mountain biking or simply cycling or hiking.
