Property info

Kuća ima veliko ograđeno dvorište u mirnom kvartu. Ima prizemljke i dva kata. Živim u prizemlju kao vlasnik kuće i dostupan sam 24 sata dnevno. Na prvom katu nalazi se studio apartman za dvije osobe i još jedan prazan stan koji se ne iznajmljuje. Na drugom katu (visoko potkrovlje) nalaze se dva apartmana, jedan za četiri, a drugi za dvije osobe. Apartmani u kući idealni su za parove ili obitelji koje vole mir i intimnost. Dvorište možete slobodno koristiti u bilo koje vrijeme. Ako imate bicikle ili motore, bit će u osiguranom prostoru.

Neighborhood info

The house is located halfway, 5km between Pula and Cape Kamenjak (Premantura). Medulin is 8km away. So if you have bicycles, you can use them instead of a car. There are quite a few beaches, so you have a choice. There are shops, restaurants and a gas station nearby.
