Welcome to Villa BV – Luxury Apartments! It is completely isolated and surrounded by more than 1.500 sqm of stone walls. Ideally located with stunning views! This luxurious preperty sits on 20.000 sq.m of private forest bordering the Nature Park Ucka on the hillside overlooking the adriatic sea, adorned with it's islands Krk & Cres, and a spectacular view of the Mt. Ucka. An ideal base from which to explore the region; there are countless things to see and do. Just a short drive away, from the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, the lovely beaches of Kvarner stand waiting, framed by stunning 12 km sea-side promenade connenting Opatija to Lovran. Outdoor area includes outdoor swimming pool (15 meters long), sundeck with sun loungers, a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, kids' playground, several parking spaces, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and an alfresco dining area.
