The traditional Dalmatian stone house located in the center of Podgora, in the center of happenings in the vicinity of restaurants, cafe bars and shops, and yet, located in a quiet street, sheltered from noise and prying eyes. Walking down the small street you will find yourself on the waterfront in the harbor, which is the center of the old coastal Podgora with stone houses and boats. This traditional Dalmatian house has been preserved in its original form since it was completed in year 1936 (built 1903.), with fully functional facilities and amenities and old furniture. The thick stone walls provide natural shade and comfort in the home, a large terrace on the first floor overlooking the gardens, the woods above the village and the mountain slope of Biokovo. The house can accommodate 4-6 people and it is consisted of kitchen, 1 triple, 1 double, 1 double/living room, 1 bathroom with separate shower area and toilet and two terraces of which one is large having 12 square meters and is located in front of the kitchen and is ideal for dining in an atmosphere of greenery surrounding gardens. The house offers a small library with books in Croatian, English, German, Italian and French
