Casa Fresca is a very pleasant, intimate and protected space of 54m2 where you like to be. It is surrounded by a park and an olive grove in a 400m2 fenced area. It is ideal for two people and pets are also welcome. The picturesque forest paths are ideal for long walks or bike rides. The warm and well-equipped kitchen makes you feel at home and it is possible to quickly accept the environment as your own. The large glazed living room area of ​​24 m2 is the heart of Fresca. The view is open towards the olive grove and the terrace with a large jacuzzi.
The beautiful beaches of eastern Istria, Vignola and Duga uvala, are located 8km from Casa Fresca. The small towns of Rakalj and Krnica, in addition to beaches and promenades (the path of the famous cellist Stjepan Hauser), offer excellent gastronomy in small family restaurants. It would be a shame not to visit the beaches of Pula (Verudela, Stoja, Zlatne stijene...) and not to take a walk through Lungo mare.
