The interior living space covers 90 m², while the entire property spans 200 m², offering plenty of room for privacy and outdoor enjoyment. The ground floor features a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine (filter, espresso, and capsule), gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle—perfect for preparing meals just like at home. On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms – one with a king-size bed, and the other featuring one single bed and one bunk bed, making it perfect for children or additional guests. All beds are prepared with fragrant, clean bedsheets and fresh linen, while closets provide ample storage space. This holiday home includes two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower and washing machine, and another on the first floor. Both are equipped with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer.
