That is why we approach each guest individually, inviting them to experience our way of life and a space defined not by square meters, but by the identity of a family.

Located in the rural part of northern Istria, the house is surrounded by olive groves and offers breathtaking views of the lake, the Motovun forest, and the medieval hilltop town of Motovun. The first recorded mention of the property dates back to 1813. The house was fully renovated and modernly equipped in 2018. The original exterior walls have been preserved as witnesses of a different time, while the interior has been adapted to meet the needs of the modern traveler. The entire property is fully air-conditioned, and its location provides peace, privacy, and a true return to nature. Close to the sea and nearby towns, yet completely secluded. This property is designed for lovers of nature, culture, and heritage — for all those seeking a peaceful and restorative stay.
