Villa Casa Nina was built in 1910. and lovingly restored by its owners in order to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday. You can still feel the traditional, rustic style through the whole house, from the exterior to the interior. Solid stone walls were refined with handcrafted, romantic furniture. High walls enclose Casa Nina and her courtyard that includes a swimming pool, sauna, shaded terrace, and flower garden. Here you can unwind next to the pool but also prepare and enjoy dishes together at the grill. This charming 2 bedroom villa offers accomodation for up to 5 guests. The ground floor consists of a comfortable living area that is connected to the kitchen and dining area, as well as a guest toilet. The villa has 2 bedrooms that are situated on the first floor, one with a double bed and an exit on the terrace and the other with two single beds.Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. Located in the village of Prkačini in central Istria, you are perfectly located to explore everything that Istria has to offer; sunbathe on white pebble beaches, admire the medieval architecture, tour local vineyards, and sample our world-renowned olive oil.
