THE HOUSE IS A DETACHED PROPERTY WITH ITS OWN PRIVATE YARD. THE INTERIOR OFFERS 115 M² OF NET LIVING SPACE. THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES AND ALL THE NECESSARY UTENSILS FOR EVERYDAY COOKING NEEDS. THE LIVING ROOM FEATURES A THREE-SEATER SOFA, A TWO-SEATER SOFA, A 128 CM DIAGHONAL SMART TV, AND AN ADDITIONAL PULL-OUT BED INTEGRATED INTO THE SOFA. THE PROPERTY ALSO PROVIDES ONE BABY COT. A SEPARATE TOILET IS LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR. UPSTAIRS, THE HOUSE HAS TWO BEDROOMS, EACH FURNISHED WITH A DOUBLE BED (160 X 210 CM), A WARDROBE, A PRIVATE BATHROOM, AND A TV.
