This 60 m2 holiday home features an outside garden of 1.800 m2 and a freshwater swimming pool of 32 m2. The house is equipped with modern rustic furnishings. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, a living room, and a kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, oven, toaster, kettle, and access to the garden. It also has an outdoor swimming pool, a covered terrace, a large outdoor fireplace with a grill, and an outside toilet. Today, Buzet is widely known as the 'City of Truffles' since the forests along the Mirna River are especially rich in this divine tuber. This part of Istria is well known for climbing in "Buzetski kanjon," and for the numerous hiking trails, one of the most famous ones is the trail of 7 waterfalls that is only 750 meters from Casa Valla. The Istrian thermal resort "Istarske toplice" is situated only 10 km from the property and is settled in the untouched nature outside the city, where greenery, quiet, and peace offer a particular atmosphere for the perfect repose. The smallest town in the world, Hum, is situated only 14 km from the property. Apart from being famous as the smallest town in the world, it has also been recently promoted as the Town of Biska. Biska is a mistletoe brandy whose original recipe comes from Hum.
