The house is located in the very heart of the historic part of Rovinj (Old Town) within pedestrian zone. It was entirely refurbished in May 2019. The house consists of three floors: there is a fully equipped kitchen with living room on the ground floor; on the first floor there is an air- conditioned sleeping room with a double bed, a bathroom and a flat screen sattelite TV; on the second floor there is also an air- conditioned sleeping room with a double bed, a bathroom and a flat screen sattelite TV. The house has got a little yard too with a small table and chairs, so that you can truly experience the charms of the historic part of Rovinj.

The house is located in the heart of the historic part of Rovinj, just a few steps from the main town square and the famous Church of St Euphemia, the patron saint of our town. The house is in Savicenta Street parallel to Grisia Street, which has 50 years long tradition of open-air art exhibition. Every year hundreds of artists exhibit their work there, made with various materials and techniques. If you want to refresh yourself in our crystal-clear Adriatic Sea, the nearest beach Monte is a two-minute walk from the house, just below the Church of St Euphemia. However, if you feel like exploring a bit further, you can rent a bicycle and cycle to the forest park Punta Corrente, a unique natural attraction rich in various beaches and beach bars along the coast, or you can just ride along its cycle tracks. If you like cooking and eating fresh local fruit and vegetables, there is a green market within walking distance along with butcher shop, fish market and a place where you can buy local dairy products. However, if you prefer dining in a restaurant, there are plenty of good restaurants within reach, among which I would recommen Graciano located next to the sea on the parking Valdibora
