Our cozy countryside home surrounded by vineyards and forest 🌿 Our house is set right in the heart of nature, surrounded by a peaceful vineyard and lush woods. Behind the house, you’ll find the vineyard, and in front, a small orchard — the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee. There’s secure private parking on the property, and the entrance gate is fenced and lockable, so you’ll feel completely safe. The whole area is quiet and very safe for walking and exploring. The house is 60 m² and comfortably fits families or couples. In the main bedroom, there’s a large double bed plus an extra single bed. In the living area, you’ll find a sofa bed that fits two children or two smaller adults. A mobile baby crib is also available. Heating is provided by an electric radiator upstairs, and a wood-burning fireplace downstairs — if it’s chilly, we’ll light the fire in the fireplace before your arrival, and after that, you can keep it going as you like. The upstairs room has a balcony with a lovely view of the pool, the orchard, and the beautiful surroundings. Downstairs you can enjoy a spacious terrace with a big outdoor dining set and a barbecue area. The house is simple, neat, and fully functional — not a luxury villa, but a warm and genuine countryside retreat. Outside, there’s a swimming pool with a shower. To keep the water clean, we kindly ask guests to follow a few simple rules (no creams or oils before swimming, shower before entering, etc.). Please note that we don’t host parties or events, based on past experiences, and we don’t accept pets — even though we adore our own little dog, Lili. Come relax, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the calm rhythm of nature!

Dear guests, Thank you so much for your reservation! 💛 We’ve created and decorated our house as a place where we can relax ourselves — and where others can also feel at home and enjoy it. Our little family business is a true team effort: Željka and Tomislav, and our kids Mislav, Andrej, and Ema — everyone is involved! You’ll probably be welcomed by one of us when you arrive. Since we both work and our children study and go to school, sometimes it might happen that we can’t be there in person, and we’ll leave the key for you to check in on your own. We hope you understand and don’t mind. 😊 We’re really looking forward to hosting you and hope you’ll feel relaxed and happy at Croatia Cottage! 🌿
