It is a ground-floor villa with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms with a shower, spacious lighted living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered terrace by the pool. In addition to air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and dishwasher, guests have at their disposal the garden barbecue. Parking spaces are also provided.
