Due to its elevated and peaceful location, the apartment offers spectacular panoramic views both day and night. The center of Opatija, along with shops, restaurants, and beaches, is about 1.5 km away, so a car is recommended. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony. Free reserved parking for up to 2 small cars or 1 large car is available in front of the building. It is necessary to use the car or taxi to go for groceries or reach other city facilities, the beaches, restaurants and shops.

It is very silent and quiet here, also on the crowded summer nights, and although the center of Opatija is not close within walking distance and there are many steps to the apartments, in return you will enjoy the most wonderful view over the entire Karner bay, by day and especially by night. This neighbourhood on the hills over Opatija, called "Vrutki" is famous for its entrance to the "Carmen Sylva Promenade". Take a walk along the historic forest promenade enjoyed by Romanian King Carol and Queen Elizabeth, known by the stage name Carmen Sylva. It is really refreshing during the hot summer months.
