Carefully designed furniture, wallpapers, carpets, the selection of the best quality mattresses for your peaceful sleep combine aesthetics with comfort. Enjoy the combination of creativity, peace and privacy while exploring a space where every curve and contour tells a story... Enjoy the private pool, relax in the sauna and jacuzzi or wake up your body in the morning in the mini fitness room or do yoga outdoors... The villa has its own covered parking for 3 vehicles and uncovered space for another 3 vehicles or larger vehicles. Please note that the hot tub is available upon request. As it is located inside the house, its operation generates additional heat and may increase the indoor temperature. Guests who prefer a cooler indoor environment may choose not to have the hot tub activated during their stay.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Umag, where the famous ATP tennis tournament is held. The beautiful coast of Istria with numerous beaches as well as the unexplored interior with a rich history, olive oils, wineries are just some of the reasons why Istria is your ideal destination to escape from reality with a handful of possibilities for a relaxing or active vacation. It has an excellent position, so by arriving in Istria, you can make trips to the neighboring countries - Slovenia and Italy - in one day.
