"Casa del Capitano" is renewed old house with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, main kitchen, kitchenette, two living rooms, outside seasonal swimming pool and it is perfect choice for couples or family with kids. Completed property is enclosed with stone walls and gives peace and privacy. It is situated in the center of the small fishing town Razanj 8 km far away from Rogoznica, closest airport is 28 km away, Town Split 55 km; nearest national park Slapovi Krke 45km. Two restaurants, two caffe bars, two pizzerias, local green market and small grocery are 80 m far from house and everything is so close and easy, you don't need the car. Sea and small port is 90 m far from house, local pebble beach is 300 m far away. To visit Rogoznica or Primosten, two touristic center in this area, you need 10 to 15 minutes driving by car. Around Razanj is several paths for cyclist. Rent a boat is available, touristic boat drives every 1 hour to Rogoznica and back, also you can go to touristic tour around and daily trip to national park Kornati. Because of all this things you can't miss if you decide to spend your vacation in our house.
