Kamene kuće , prekrasna priroda, mir , su glavna obilježja pozicije Dream house. Uz to, Zaglav je nezaobilazna točka za sve nautičare, jer se u njemu nalazi benzinska crpka, jedina na donjoj nautičkoj liniji zadarskog arhipelaga. Zaglav je i mjesto sportskih aktivnosti, kao što su to biciklizam, odbojka na pijesku ili ronjenje, a tijekom godine održavaju se turniri u košarci i odbojci na pijesku na kojim mogu sudjelovati svi zaljubljenici u ove energične sportove.
