Apartman Elegant Inn Gospić se nalazi u Gospiću, 400 metara udaljen od centra grada u mirnoj, slijepoj ulici, u neposrednoj blizini autobusnog kolodvora, kafića i restorana. Apartman ima 95 metara kvadratnih, a sastoji se od 2 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima te prostrane kuhinje i blagovaonice s dnevnim boravkom u open space konceptu. U dnevnom boravku se nalazi pomoćni ležaj za dvije osobe. U sklopu apartmana su 3 prostrane terase. Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu sa zasebnim ulazom.
U blizini se nalazi Memorijalni centar Nikola Tesla, Muzej Like, nekoliko adrenalinskih parkova, Park prirode Velebit, rijeka Lika te mnoštvo restorana i kafića. U okolici su i Nacionalni park Plitvička jezera, Nacionalni park Sjeverni Velebit, Otočac i rijeka Gacka, Pećinski park Grabovača, Cerovačke spilje, Velebit...
