Bring the whole family to a perfect vacation place with lots of room for fun for the long desired holiday. The house provides two floors for guests- the first floor and the ground floor with a spacious garden and a pool. The whole house is fenced for nice intimate atmosphere in a requested location.
Hi, i am Martin the owner and the host during your stay. I would be happy to welcome you and your close ones to my property for full day fun and enjoyment. Most of my time i spend in Switzerland where i live and work. The house is usually entirely for guests to use, but there are dates when me and my family will be staying on the second floor for vacation. Therefore we kindly ask you to send us an inquiry so we can manage the price accordingly to the situation.
This spacious house with a pool is located in Podstrana, a place near Split that is perfect for your summer vacation. It is located just between the mountains and the sea. In the little town Podstrana you can find stores, supermarkets, restaurants are nearby and do not forget the beach bars by the sea. Podstrana is a popular little tourist town near the sea with beaches perfect for your entire family. The best way is to reach the property by car. The parking spot is ensured for the guests in front of the house.
