Our family run company was established in 1990. We are the owners of stores in Croatia that sell luxury fashion accessories called Karla. In 2011 we completed our first tourism venture, a building complex by the sea with 9 apartments in small place called Viganj, on the beautiful peninsula of Pelješac in southern Croatia. A few years after that, we started a new project in our hometown, on our grandfather's land which is now becoming the most desirable neighbourhood in Split - located just by the sea and right next to the beach, a short ride from the crowded city centre. Every detail in the building was very thoroughly planned, and Eol apartments Split are finally starting their story in 2020. All of our 9 apartments have a 5 star categorisation and offer you everything you need for relaxing. We will do everything in our power to make your vacation as comfortable and enjoyable!

Property info

Eol apartments Split are located on a beautiful location just stairs away from the famous Žnjan beach. There is just a short set of stairs separating you from the beach. There are 9 exclusive apartments, all of which the have a 5 star categorisation. 6 of them are 2-bedroom apartments and 3 of them 1-bedroom. On the property there is a big terrace with a pool area where you can relax. From the terrace you can enjoy views of the nearby islands and the beach in front of you. Every apartment has either a terrace or a balcony where you can enjoy the silence of calm nights and the liveliness of the beach during the day. Every detail in the building was thought of and we strived for personal touches throughout the building. All the furniture was designed specifically for us and hand made in Croatia with warm, natural materials. When we travel, we want to feel a cozy and comfy atmosphere, and we enjoy spaces where you have the feeling that you can spend hours just relaxing and doing nothing. If you want to jump in the sea, just grab a towel and walk a short 200 meters to the sea. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and A/C. There is a big parking garage available to our guests.

Neighborhood info

Split has a long and rich history and it would be really good if you took a guided tour. There are several islands nearby - you can see them from your apartment window. Some of the most famous ones are really close so we recommend a day trip to Brač, Hvar or Šolta. While in Split, you will definitely want to stroll around Diocletian's Palace. While there, do not miss The Cathedral of Saint Domnius, The Golden Gate, The Silver Gate, The Iron Gate, The Brass gate, The Vestibule, The Peristyle, The Temple of Jupiter or The Substructures. We are very proud of our three city squares: Pjaca, Prokurative and Voćni trg (Fruit square) where you can find many charming restaurants and cafés and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Pazar is the biggest open market where you can shop local products. Marjan hill is ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. Beautiful beaches such as Žnjan or Bačvice are a must. The beautiful city of Omiš is about 30 minutes away with nice beaches all along the way. On the other side, also 30 minutes away, is the famous city of Trogir, protected by UNESCO. We could go on for much longer but we think it would be the best if you came and saw for yourself, don’t you?
