House has two floors, on the first is living room with couch for two, recreation room, bathroom and kitchen with terace (25m2). On the secand floor there are bathroom and tree rooms. In two rooms are big beds (180*200), and in third room is 160*200 bed. Each room has output to the terace, one is 5m2, and two others are 25m2.
My wife and I have decided to be hosts. We have beautiful house and we hope that you will enjoy.
Near Split (8 km), excellent location, 10 min walk to beach(400m) , ideal for family with small kids.Neighborhood is calm and quiet. About 10 min walk from the house there is a 5* hotel resort with casino,disco club, tennis and excellent restaurants.
