The Farmhouse Čubani is located between Rovinj and Bale. The Farmhouse offers 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, flatscreen TV, air-conditioning and heating. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house. The windows are equipped with anti-insect nets, which allows worry-free sleeping, ideal for a relaxed vacation. From the Farmhouse and all rooms you have a fantastic view over the fields all the way up to the Adriatic Sea. Underneath the veranda you can enjoy your breakfast in the shade, relax, read a book, or just enjoy the view. Of course, there is free parking for all our guests. The Farmhouse is run by a Croatian-Dutch family. We care for the environment and respect nature. At least 80% of our food comes from our own fields and is biological, or we buy it from local farmers in the area. We use as much natural resources as we can, e.g. we have our own water system, the ‘Čisterna’. We recycle as much as possible. We feel responsible for the future generations and see sustainable tourism as an important way of spending free time. Since a few generations our family has lived here. They have been herding sheep and working the fields around the house, where different crops grow, a vineyard is kept with the local Malvazija grape, and many olive trees grow, providing us with extra-virgin olive oil.

The Farmhouse offers you a perfect lodging for a quiet or active holiday. When you want to leave your stress and everyday busy life behind, this is the place to go! On the Farmhouse Čubani we organise all kinds of activities throughout the year. The area is ideal for walks and hiking. We offer our guests bicycles to use for daytrips. And of course, we can provide you with the information about possible tracks to explore the area. Tennis- and golf courts are nearby, as well as the beaches in the gorgeous bays of San Polo and Colone. If you are interested in diving, from Colone you can explore the underwater world. Other water and sports activities are accessible at the tourist village of Veštar. We offer Day-Sailing trips on request. If you rather want to combine your stay in Istria with a week (or two) of sailing, we are happy to help as well! If you are searching for some shopping, restaurants and nightlife, the town of Rovinj is appr. 10 km away and the town of Pula appr. 25 km. Bale is the nearest town at only 3 km. Bale offers a few restaurants, bars, and a small supermarket.
