Filich House Experience This unique and cosy house is located in Labin, Saint Martin (Sveti Martin), where you can admire the beautiful countryside and relax at our private front yard to enjoy the warm summer evenings looking at our vast green garden. Filich House Experience is a typical Istrian rustic house with one bedroom with air conditioning on the upper floor, a rustic kitchen, a living room with digital TV, a beautiful rustic stone fireplace for a cozy stay and a bathroom with a shower. The outdoor courtyard includes two large terraces with a table, a jacuzzi and a top-notch barbecue. If you want to be active, there is a badminton and volleyball court next to the vineyard. Wifi and private parking are available on site.
