The house spreads over two floors. The ground floor features a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, with access to a private terrace and garden. The first floor includes three bedrooms (one with a balcony), a kitchen, a living room with a balcony, a bathroom (with bathtub and shower), and an additional separate toilet. Guests can enjoy free parking for up to 4 cars, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchens. Pets (dogs) are welcome, and a private entrance ensures complete independence. The spacious garden with a gazebo and dining area is perfect for outdoor living and barbecues. Located in the quiet area of Martinkovac in Rijeka, the house offers excellent access to nearby attractions such as Trsat Castle, Opatija, Kastav, and Učka Nature Park, all within a short drive. A large shopping center, highway access, and public transport are also nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring the Kvarner region. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES Public transport is available; however, the nearest bus stop is about a 5-minute walk uphill, which may be less convenient for guests with limited mobility. For greater comfort we recommend using a car. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas (balcony and terrace).

The house is located in a quiet area of ​​Rijeka called Martinkovac, and within 10 km you can reach the center of Rijeka, Trsatska Gradina, the center of Opatija or beautiful Kastav, and less than 20 km away is the beautiful Učka Nature Park. A large shopping center and a traffic junction (entrance to the highway) are just a few minutes' drive away. The position of the house guarantees excellent traffic communication with other parts of Rijeka, as well as with other parts of Kvarner and Croatia. It is recommended to use a car, but there are also bus lines (2, 18 B, 18 C) that run regularly to the city center, and the bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away.
