There is a traditional barbecue next to the entrance where you can grill fish or meat. The ground floor is dominated by a large open plan living / dining room with fireplace for colder nights and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. From the living you you can access the sea view dining terrace and lounge chairs. On the same floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the upper floor with two bedrooms with king size beds and balcony sea view access, attached bathrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. Balcony offers more stunning sea views. From the garden you can enter in a private room bellow the living are with table soccer table and darts, and an additional bathroom.

Hi, my name is Iva and my family has been welcoming guests for more than 8 years. We own a newly renovated holiday home in small picturesque town called Sutivan which we just opened to guests in June 2022. I love all things connected with Croatian tradition and nature. In my free time my family and I enjoy long walks by the beach, fishing and swimming. Every summer we are excited to host guests from all parts of the world. We hope to make them feel like they are home and we hope that they leave with great memories :)

House is located in center of Sutivan, just 200m from the nearest beach. Thanks to larger land plots the neighborhood is really peaceful and calm, while the center is just 600m away. There you can find many cafe's, restaurants, Aldura, a sport centre where you can book cycle tours, kayakking, wind surfing, sailing and rock climbing. In high season of July and August Sutivan is full of life and festivals. Supetar, main city on the island, and ferry port is located just 7km away, easy accessible by car or public transport.
