Beautiful and charming brand new and luxury apartment. Something you haven’t seen before. Apartment is luxuriously equipped and is located in a luxurious part of town called Žnjan. The beach is located 50 m from the apartment, or 1 min walk. Garage space is located within the building and the building is equipped with the latest technology. Each room has its own air conditioning, underfloor heating and toilet. From the spacious balcony is a sea view and is an ideal place to spend nights and relax with wine. Apartments offer self check in and also is equipped in a way that is adapted to people with disabilities.
We rent for a first time. Combined all our ideas and what we like when we travel the world in the apartments. We have also thought of many little things that make staying in someone else's apartment more pleasant. For all other requests we are always available and help where we can.
You can have breakfast and eat in a 1-3 minute walk from the apartment (Bistro Merlin, Restaurant Fanat or Amphoria). The two large shopping centers City One and Mall are only 3 km away and the Old Town and Riva is only 3,4 km away. You can drive 10 minutes by car or you can walk 35 minutes along the beach to the Riva.
