Mia, together with her husband Zvonimir, has been managing apartments in Zagreb and Split for over 10 years, gaining extensive experience in welcoming guests from all over the world. Their long-standing dedication to quality and guest satisfaction is reflected in every detail of the apartments. The Good Grace Apartments were created in collaboration with their dear friends – Petra and her husband Gordan who are now their proud partners in this project. Sharing the same values and vision, the two families have come together to design a modern, warm, and welcoming space for travelers visiting Zagreb. Newly opened in July 2025, our property offers 12 stylish and comfortable apartments in a quiet yet central location in Zagreb. All apartments are situated on the fully renovated lower ground floor of the building. Each unit features a double bed, while the two largest units can additionally accommodate a third guest with an extra folding bed (subject to availability). All apartments include a private bathroom with essential amenities and fresh towels for every guest. Nine studio apartments feature a compact kitchenette equipped with a fridge, stovetop, microwave, kettle, and basic dishes – ideal for preparing light meals. The remaining units are Deluxe Rooms, which do not include a kitchen but do include a mini fridge. All units are modernly furnished and feature a centralized air conditioning and heating system for year-round comfort. Please note that the system operates in either cooling or heating mode at one time and is seasonally adjusted according to outdoor temperatures. Soundproof windows and floor heating provide additional comfort in all seasons. We offer easy self check-in via code, and our hosts are available throughout your stay for any questions or assistance.

Good Grace Apartments are located in the very center of Zagreb, in a quiet and safe residential street just minutes away from the city’s main attractions, shops, cafés, and restaurants. Our guests enjoy the convenience of being able to explore the city on foot, with Ban Jelačić Square, Zrinjevac Park, and the Main Railway Station all within walking distance. Despite being centrally located, the neighborhood remains peaceful and relaxed – perfect for both leisure and business travelers. A particular advantage of our location is the close proximity to the Traumatology Hospital (Traumatološka bolnica Zagreb), which is just a short walk from the apartments. This makes our property an ideal choice for guests visiting the hospital for medical appointments or to accompany loved ones. Public transportation (tram and bus) is easily accessible, allowing quick and simple connections to other parts of the city, including the airport and business districts.
