Note: Construction works are currently taking place near the property, related to the construction of housing for young families on Brostolade Street in Vrsar.

The works are scheduled as follows:

from 1 May to 15 July, daily between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm,

from 15 July to 20 August, no works will be carried out,

from 20 August to 1 October, daily between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

During the above periods, guests may occasionally experience noise. We apologise in advance and thank you for your understanding.

This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
