Objekt je lokaliziran na glavnoj cesti između Trogira i Splita sa vrlo pristupačnim prilazom na veliki privatni parking! U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se restoran sa raznolikom ponudom domaće dalmatinske hrane. 20 metara od objekta nalazi se nogometno igralište sa sadržajima za djecu i odrasle. Trgovina hranom je udaljena svega 30 metara od objekta,a benzinska stanica 100-tinjak metara dok je najbliža plaža udaljena 5 min. hoda. Veliki shoping centri su udaljeni 10 km od objekta. Svega 2 km od objekta može se naći raznolika ponuda restorana, pizzeria, slastičarnica, tržnica i dr. Objekt je u vrlo sigurnoj četvrti pogodan za obitelji, ali i za mlađu populaciju željnu zabave zbog velike ponude festivala u okolici.Cijelo ljeto Kaštela obiluju kulturnim i zabavnim događanjima .
