Villa with 5 bedrooms, 40 m from beach in Podstrana. Outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds and outdoor kitchen with grill. In the attic is one bedroom ( double bed 180/200), living room with sofa bed, separated kitchen , bathroom and balcony. At the first floor is one bedroom ( double bed 160/ 200 and extra bed 90/200) with balcony, bathroom with walk in, 2 bedrooms with double beds 180/200 both with balconies and one toilet. At the ground floor 100m2, kitchen with stove owen, coffe machine, fridge, freezer, dining area, living room, and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed120/200 and 90/200 and bathroom with walk in. Outdoor heated swimming pool 24m2 sunbeds, grill, kitchen and sitting area. Private parking in front of the house. All units with air conditioning and WIFI.
