Our apartments differ from others because they are located in a very attractive part of Slunj. We offer very comfortable accommodation overlooking Rastoke and its waterfalls. The view extends over the mills on the Slunjčica, Korana and far away over the mountains. You can also see the already mentioned historical monuments. Our apartments have terraces which are the perfect place for you to drink your morning coffee while watching the sun rise and listening to the birds chirp. In the evening, you can drink a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset and the sound of waterfalls.

I am Nevenka Magdić, a Master of Economics. I live in Slunj surrounded by my lovely family: a husband and two sons. I love nature, especially flowers, so I spend most of my time gardening or making decorations for the interior.

A five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to the pearl of Slunj –Rastoke. The clear waters of the river Slunjčica flow over travertine barriers into the river Korana, forming numerous waterfalls, lakes and cascades along its way. In the vicinity of Rastoke you will find a warehouse from Napoleonic times (1810) and an old fortification, the property of the famous Frankopan family. Restaurants offering traditional dishes can be found in Rastoke and its vicinity (1-5 km away). Another location worth visiting is the source of the Slunjčica with its intact nature, situated 5 kilometres away from Slunj in the direction of Plitvice Lakes. The village of Rakovica, situated 18 kilometres away from Slunj, is a place where you can experience the fascinating underground world of the Caves of Barać. You can also try horseback riding in the beautiful nature of Rakovica. For those who crave adrenaline we suggest paintball and quad riding. Near Slunj you will also find the third river – Mrežnica, where you can relax and enjoy swimming, fishing or rafting. Plitvice Lakes National Park is only 30 kilometres away offering a range of activities in its stunning nature.
