Kuća je jedna od najstarijih u mjestu Ičići. Sagrađena je oko 1920.g. od kamena te je kao takva ljeti ugodna za boravak bez korištenja klima uređaja. U cijelosti je adaptirana 2013.g. Tipična je primorska prizemnica sa elementima rustikalnog stila i jedinstvenim pogledom na Kvarnerski zaljev i otoke (Krk i Cres).
Volim rezgledavati i uređivati interijere, uređivati kuću i okućnicu i provoditi vrijeme u prirodi. Opušta me izrada slastica i kolača.
Čitav Kvarner je smješten na terenu koji se proteže na uzvisinu, tako se i mi nalazimo svega 300 metara od glavne prometnice, trgovine i plaže ali na brdašcu, sa kojeg se pruža nezaboravan pogled na more i otoke sa južne strane, te na planinu Učku sa zapadne strane. Izuzetno mirna, tiha i sigurna četvrt. Uz more se nalaze dva restorana te pizzeria po povoljnim cijenama, dok obližnja Opatija (koju nazivaju kraljicom turizma) 3 km od Ičića do koje se može pješice doći osvjetljenom i uređenom šetnjicom, obiluje restoranima, trgovinama, tržnicom i svim ostalim sadržajima.
