Hello, I am a 50 years old naval architect working in private, and a father of two beautiful daughters Ania and Karla. I live in Pula, 35km away from our guesthouse.

Property info

In the begining (1980's) my family bought a land (scrub and forest) in the village of Betiga and we built a hut for our summer holidays. After a while we built a garrage, expand it a little bit "to the left and to the right".... and after 20 years .. Voilà :)

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood is very quiet. It is a small village and you will probably encounter domestic animals in the surroundings (cows, sheep, goats, chickens etc...). You can find few family restaurants within 100m, with great food and affordable prices.
