Guest House Kala Split is our family house last 20 years ,located in area Veli Varoš, in the past fishermen and farmers Lived on this area, and today it is the district with beautiful decorated houses , with many nice and small restaurants with local cuisine , and everything else necessary for a comfortable stay. The house dates back to 1805., so by the documents we have it is more than 200 years old , and this year we have been completely redecorated it and opened for you, our dear guests. It is completely redecorated, but we decided to keep the tradicional Dalmatian "old stone house" style, we have tried as much as possible to stay in original shape of the house. We belive that you will love our house as much as we do, ant that you will enjoy your stay. We live really in near and will be at your service 24/7 .

The house is located in an area of Split Veli Varoš , in the past fishermen and farmers ived on this area , and today it is the district with beautiful decorated houses , with many nice and small restaurants with local cuisine , and everything else necessary for a comfortable stay . Traffic around the block is minimal , thearea is full of beautiful small streets , walking through which you have the impression that you are on the island , rather than in one of the largest Croatian cities. Block the eastern part rests on Dioklecijanova palace , which is a short walk away from the house , while on the west side is Marjan hill , which is entirely surrounded by beautiful beaches , ideal for lovers of active holidays ( cycling , hiking, swimming ). All important city facilities are available at most a 10-minute walk , so during the stay in our house, you will not need a car.
