IThis spacious apartment offers approximately 144 m² of living space and a unique sense of openness with ceilings up to 4 metres high. Warm colours, wooden and stone floors, and a Mediterranean atmosphere create a comfortable and welcoming stay. Ideal for families, small groups, couples or solo travellers who want to enjoy peace and comfort. Quiet location, terrace with a beautiful view, and only about 20 minutes from Zadar.

I enjoy welcoming guests from different countries and making their stay in Ražanac as pleasant as possible. It is important to me that guests feel comfortable and can enjoy a relaxed holiday. The area around Ražanac offers many opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities: swimming, snorkelling, diving, stand-up paddling, cycling, hiking and various water sports are especially popular. Guests enjoy the peaceful surroundings, wide views of the sea and the Velebit mountains, as well as crystal-clear water and long stone and pebble beaches. In the centre of Ražanac you will find cafés, restaurants, a small fishing harbour and an easily accessible beach. Excursions to nearby Rtina and Ljubač are also worthwhile, where sandy beaches, beach bars and pleasant walking paths await. The historic city of Zadar can be reached in about 20 minutes and is ideal for day trips, cultural visits and evening walks.
