HOUSE MIA, a modern, two-apartment house is located in Ližnjan. It features two fully-equipped apartments in a quiet, small and pitoresque Istrian village close to Pula. It is close to a variaty of beaches of different kind, depending on the taste. The groundfloor apartment - Deluxe Apartment GARDEN can accomodate up to six people in two bedrooms and on transformable couch in the living room. It has two bathrooms, dining and living area and a kitchen. The first floor apartment - Superior Apartment ARIA has two terraces with partial sea view and air-condition in every room. It can accomodate a maximum of four people in two bedrooms. It has one bathroom, a kitchen, living and dining area. Both apartments have parking spots in the private parking in front of the house, free of charge. Guests from both apartments have free access to the pool (maximum 10 people can be situated in the house). The pool has a water area of around 35 square meters and two separate entrances with beaches. Beaches are equipped with showers and deck chairs. The pool depth is between 1.4 and 1.5 meters. Families with children are welcome!
