Your wonderful newly renovated holiday home is located next to Benkovac, in the hinterland of Zadar called Ravni Kotari, area famous for quality wine, stone production and agriculture. My Dalmatia visited this traditional Dalmatian stone cottage and was impressed with its peaceful location surrounded by nature, and a great host who will make you feel right at home. Villa Hilltop Paradise can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 15 guests. The interior consists of 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, all reachable from outside, 5 modern bathrooms, a nice kitchen and a cozy living/dining area. There is also a charming tavern with stone BBQ and a large dining table which is located outside, suitable for a larger group. In addition, you have an another fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a roofed terrace situated next to the swimming pool. Outside, in your fully fenced Dalmatian courtyard, you will find your private swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a nice stone table with a pergola, a hot tub, a sauna for 4 persons, an extra toilet, and plenty of gated private parking spaces. Behind the house you can play bocce ball. Hilltop Paradise offers a convenient on-site EV charging station for those arriving with electric vehicles. This is also a pet-friendly holiday home; 3 pets are allowed with an extra charge of 10 EUR for one pet per night. Lastly, if you're visiting in October or November you're welcome to join your hosts family and participate in olive harvesting, a traditional agricultural activity performed every autumn.

Restaurants, large supermarkets, and an open market with fresh vegetables can be found in Benkovac, only 2–3 km away. Access to the nearby highway makes this area well-connected. Both Zadar and Šibenik, as well as the Krka National Park waterfalls, can be visited in a half-hour drive, as can Biograd, a well-known tourist destination located on the coast. This makes Hilltop Paradise an ideal base from which you can explore the rest of this wonderful region.
