Hello, my name is Christina and I have been living on Hvar since 2009. Before then I lived in Germany and worked there for 20 years as a travel agent. I love all interests around travelling, organizing and helping our guests to have their most memorable holiday on our beautiful island. I am a professional guide and in my free time I love to discover my island, hiking, biking, climbing and sometimes when I am lazy I like most to jump into our jeep and explore the many hidden delights the island has to offer! I like to share my experiences with my guests from all over the world, and hope to meet you at least once on our beautiful island.

History Hvar Design Heritage Suites Hvar is a town of magical architecture as well a destination that can almost make you feel you have reached paradise. This beautiful converted stone house was built in 1529 with some wonderful stone masonry and in its heyday was a significant property owned by a wealthy local family. In more recent times the property sadly went into disrepair due to several inheritors who couldn’t agree what should be done with the majestic house. Wind the clock forward and several years ago a local resident with a love of architecture took on the mammoth task of acquiring the house from all the owners to restore it back to its former glory. The blood, sweat and tears can almost be felt, through the beautifully restored stone and wood work. Now fruits of all that effort have paid off in these exquisite and elegantly presented apartments. The 3 apartments have been interior designed by Croatians leading designer and architect Ana Vuckovic. She has managed to beautifully blend the Gothic and renascence features of the building with the clean sharp lines of modern design.
